During her 20+ years as an executive at Coca-Cola, she led the company’s On Premise organization, managing nearly 1500 associates, over 100 national accounts and its entire customer service operation.  Most recently as U.S. Vice President, she was responsible for the company’s largest and most strategic global customer, The U.S. McDonald’s Division.  She has partnered with leaders in the areas of: Retail, CPG, and Foodservice.  Cathy and Brand Aspirations are unparalleled in creating and helping you implement a plan to accelerate your brand.

Catherine is an experienced and passionate advocate for women and diversity in the workplace.  Her acute awareness and sensitivity enables her to see and understand complex situations and then build a path to effectiveness by leveraging the power of diversity in the workplace.  She credits her mother, Dorothy Kelly Bral for inspiring her to see the potential and possibilities beyond her beloved hometown in Iowa that led her to travel, explore and dream thus allowing her to see the world through a bigger lens.
